Prepare one archive containing the entire CT or MRI disc. Send the archive or a link via Telegram or email. Always include the patient's full name and a brief description of symptoms.
How to prepare and send your scans

Compress the whole disc into one archive
Put the entire contents of the MRI or CT disc into one archive, such as a ZIP file. Keep all folders and files. A photograph of a single image or the written report alone cannot replace the complete study.
What is DICOM?
DICOM is a medical imaging format. All series from the study are needed for review. If the imaging centre provided a ready-made archive or a link to it, send that to the professor.

Include symptoms and available reports
Briefly describe where it hurts, when the pain began, any injury, treatment already prescribed and how your condition has changed. Include available reports and previous examinations.

Always include the patient's full name
Include the patient's surname, given name and patronymic, if applicable, in your enquiry. If sending records by email, give the same name in both the email and the private Telegram conversation so the professor can match the scans to your enquiry.

Send the archive or a link
Use a private Telegram conversation or one of the two email addresses. Check that the address is correct before sending.

Need help creating the archive?
Ask the administrator at the centre where you had your MRI or CT to send the professor the archive or a link to it.
Give the administrator the exact address from this website and check its spelling. Ask them to include the patient's full name in the email, and provide the same name yourself in the Telegram conversation.

Questions before contacting us
Can I contact you on behalf of an older relative?
You can help a relative prepare their records. Before sending them, make sure you have their consent or appropriate authority.
I only have the written report. What should I do?
Include the report with your enquiry and explain which files you have. If possible, obtain the complete imaging study from the imaging centre.
Can I upload scans to this website?
Files cannot be uploaded through this website. Prepare one archive containing the entire CT/MRI disc and send it or a link to the professor via Telegram or one of the listed email addresses.
When will I receive a reply?
The initial CT/MRI review is free. The professor replies on the day the scans are received. If you have urgent symptoms, do not wait for an online reply.
Urgent symptoms need medical attention
New leg weakness or numbness, problems with urination or bowel control, or a sudden deterioration in your condition require urgent medical attention.
